10-11 December 2007 – Sofia
The kick-off meeting of the VISIBLE project has taken place on the 10th and 11th December 2007, in Sofia (BG). The project foresees the definition of a validation methodology for the non-formal learning of Project Managers, in order to identify and evaluate their horizontal competencies.

7-8 July 2008 – Debrecen
Dekut has organized the second meeting where ECLO’s trainers have presented the validated Preparatory tools (elaborated on the base of the decisions taken in occasion of the kick-off meeting in Sofia). Partners have agreed a common learning vocabulary, have experimented the first draft of role playing scenarios and have agreed on next steps and communication tools.

5-6 March 2009 – Paris
The third meeting took place in Paris. On the first day the lead partner presented the state of art of our project, the communication activities and the financial and administrative issues. On the following day ECLO lead the second experimentation of the validation process, presenting a selection of case histories and screenplays. They were also sharing the first draft of VISIBLE guide and all the project partners shared ideas and exchanged their views on the whole process.

3-5 November 2009 – Brussels
The last meeting was held in Brussels and lasted three days. The first day focused on the initial aim of the project and then details the logistics, namely: the project management; communication issues and its financial management. The second day concentrated on the process and the learning methodologies that were used to underpin the development phase and presents the six learning tools offering participants an opportunity to practice using these in a range of ‘theatre-style’ role play situations. The last day was an important part of the overall project as it invited the external evaluator to present the evaluation report and for the participants to validate this as part of the project closure procedure.
