Founded in 1997, DEKUT is a non-profit organization supporting small and medium sized enterprises and universities on the field of research and development as well as innovation. DEKUT has a long relationship with the University of Debrecen, which is the region's largest knowledge base. We offer the following services for our partners:
- strategic partnership
- collect information on research projects, evaluate them, and summarize them in a comprehensible format
- aid the creation and management of spin-off and start-up enterprises
- extensive database of regional knowledge-focused IT companies.

The mission of DEKUT NPO is to help SMEs of the North Great Plain Region to develop their ability to innovate and help them to find various financing opportunities.
Besides DEKUT with the University of Debrecen is making the technology tranfer easier between the academics and the industry.
